A Different Kind of Journey
The Heart Healing Journey isn’t about striving harder or trying to fix yourself.
It’s about slowing down, creating space with God, and allowing Him to gently reveal what He wants you to see, speak His truth into your heart, and lead you forward in His timing.
Rather than being told what to think, you’ll be encouraged to recognize and respond to the unique ways God speaks to you through His Word, His Spirit, and His loving presence.
Together, we create an environment where honesty, grace, and personal agency are valued, allowing you to respond freely to what God reveals.
All sessions are held online via Zoom, so you can join from wherever you are in the world.
What Happens During the Journey?
Over 12 weeks, we’ll walk together through seven personalised sessions, giving space for God to gently bring freedom, truth, and deeper connection with Him.
Foundation Session (90 minutes)
A gentle beginning where we create space to connect with God, become familiar with the Heart Encounter process, and respond to whatever He chooses to bring to light.
Five Heart Healing Sessions
(45 minutes each)
Meet with God in a welcoming space where you’ll be encouraged to receive His truth in the places where you need greater freedom and continue growing in your relationship with Him.
Integration Session (45 minutes)
Celebrate what God has done, reflect on your journey, and consider how you can continue walking in the freedom, peace, and truth He has brought into your heart.
Throughout the Journey You’ll Receive:
· Seven private one-to-one online sessions over 12 weeks
· Personalised Encounter Notes after each full session
· Brief check-ins every other week
· Message support between sessions
· Access to your growing resource library
· Gentle next-step practices to help you continue walking in what God is doing
Additional support if you find yourself needing extra help processing something between sessions

Joy beyond the obstacles...
I know the phrase "life changing" is cliche, but these sessions have actually been incredibly life changing. Getting Jesus' perspective and having Him transform my heart and emotions about key events in my life has kept me moving forward in a blessed thriving way.
